Check-in / check-out

Check-in is anytime of the day. Check-out is by 20 hours after check-in time as per clock hour. Late checkout may be permitted if availability allows; further extension can incur extra cost.

Payment

The published terms state taxes are applicable, 50% of total cost is due on confirmation, and final payment is to be settled within 14 days of completion of the programme.

Cancellations / postponements

The published terms state that cancellations or postponements conveyed less than 15 days in advance incur a charge of 50% of total cost. A drop in committed strength beyond 10% can incur half the cost of the shortfall.
